- Bean sprouts
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Basil (optional)
- Smooth cottage cheese
- Low-fat/lite mayonnaise
- Pepper
METHOD:
- Spread the cottage cheese on one slice of bread
- Season the cottage cheese with pepper
- Thinly spread the other slice with the low-fat/lite mayonnaise
