Alan holds a postgraduate law degree, in addition to several other tertiary qualifications, and is a trained and experienced commercial and litigation attorney. Alan runs a commercial practice covering a wide range of transactions, with a particular focus on business and property sales and acquisitions, and service provider agreements. Alan is committed to serving the community and has chaired residents’ associations and served on school boards. He is one of CMF’s founding board

Dr Ashwin Hurribunce was appointed as Director at PinkDrive in January 2011.  Dr Hurribunce is a specialist radiologist with thorough knowledge regarding breast cancer

Elmien Louw [Financial Planning] is one of the starting directors of the project. Elmien started her career as a computer programmer and developed into owning her own business in programming. She is also a starting director and shareholder of the Epsilon Group of companies that specialise in small business management services and support. Her focus is finance and very strong process development and implementation.

Johan Louw [B.Com (Hons); CFP Professional Accountant SA] is one of the starting directors of the project, a qualified accountant and certified financial planner that runs and manages his own group of companies in the Epsilon Group. He is also an authorised compliance officer and has a strong focus on small business and the creation of effective governance structures, financial management and tax planning.

Noelene has over 30 years’ experience in event management, having assisted in the organisation of small and large conferences, launch functions, road shows and trade forums, both locally and internationally. In addition, Noelene has 10 years’ experience fund raising for CSI initiatives and has become an acknowledged leader in the industry, counting among her clients many of South Africa’s largest blue chip companies.

Roy has been in the ICT industry since for over 40 years. After 20 years in the corporate world of IBM and Wang, he started his own computer company, First in Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd, now an established company of 21 years. Roy’s company has supported many Shosholoza and CMF initiatives by providing internet and IT services and support. It was through these campaigns that he was invited to join the board on a pro bono basis. Roy is one of CMF’s founding board members.
